This entire week has been a rough one. starting with a rough night of sleep before my Cystoscopy on Tuesday morning. To say it was unpleasant and painful would be the largest understatement I have made in my entire life.
For the 3 days that followed, just urinating was excruciating. However it was durable and I got past it thanks to being able to focus my mind elsewhere at the time.
Yesterday it started to improve with less pain. By the end of the day I was fine. Today was even better. I slept so hard last night I feel drugged this morning but I’m OK.
They found a small bladder tumor so next Tuesday I have another cystoscopy but this time I’ll be under while they remove the tumor. I’ll be home the same day but again I’ll have another rough 3 days. But that will be the end of it. Hopefully it’s benign.
So the rest of the week I worked on learning how to use my 3d printers. It focused me well on the task and I learned a lot and got them both working pretty well.

It was good to go to the studio and keep the routine going while I got past all these health procedures.
Today I plan to work on an old project of my WW2 era F4U Corsair.

And prep my Dinosaur Rocketry Aurora Clipper rocket plane ready for our Ventura Rocketeers launch this Saturday. This will be our 11th launch at our site in Moor Park. This plane gets launched like a rocket and flies under radio control for a nice flight and soft landing.

I have started designing my all wood slot car track to pass time. I have been wanting a wooden track since I was 12. Wood tracks are the very best and the most realistic looking. I have been working in photoshop working at scale size in the space I have.

Eventually the scale overview will be turned into sections printed out I can place on MDF panels and cut the sections out.
So I’m keeping my mind busy and with scary stuff to go through it really helps.

Rosie at 13 years old, played ball with me in the morning as I have done for over 12 years now. In the grand scheme of the universe moments like this are the very the best it has to offer. And here’s a video of the joy:
